Auch eine Möglichkeit, die von Molekularköchen so geschätzte Maillard-Reaktion zu erklären:

The sweet, intelligent Aldehydes spent their time playing bridge. They had 5 groups in their bridge club: the fructoses, the glucoses, the galactoses, the lactoses and the maltoses. They were perfectly content with the lifestyle of sipping soda, nibbling on Nestles chocolate bars, and playing their cards right. On the other hand, the strong and mighty Aminos pumped iron, played football and ran cross-country. Their goal in life was to devote themselves to being the strongest and mightiest Aminos in the land.
